Title: Gravitational Waves: Sources near and far
Description: I will describe the coherent measurement and directional localization of gravitational waves with a 2 and 3-D pulsar timing arrays (PTAs). An instructive example of primordial black holes illustrates how the same sources could be detected with both LIGO and PTAs.
