Symptom: The LEAP ROACH seems to program, but the ADC plots were crap and the FPGA reported wrong clock. Valon seems to set the frequencies and shows no errors when the software registers are examined - synthesiser locked etc.
Checked opened PSRIX0 ROACH, where the Valon is located. The blue LED was lit only for PSRIX0 ROACH and not for PSRIX1/LEAP ROACH. Rebooting PSRIX0 (with the Lantroxnix control) fixed the problem.

To alleviate issue 20200213 (automatix8's NiC), the band is moved to automatix15 - so that automatix8 is records the edge of band.

Symptom: PSRIX0 ROACH board fails to program. The unit will not reboot.
The LAN device failed to auto-negotiate the link speed. Worked with RZ to freeze the port to 100mbps. Works well after the fix.

Symptom: automatix8 occasionally fails to start.
The problem is with the NiC. Reloading it helps most of the times. Node needs to be replaced.
